We teach, train, and coach...
On a day-to-day basis, a significant part of our all of
our work can be categorized as "teaching, training,
and coaching." Our emphasis—on having your staff
take ownership and do the work—requires that mode of operation.
Beyond our more formal consulting activities, we offer
customized training for in-house and public sessions As in our consulting services, our focus
here is on nonprofit planning, knowledge leverage, and
process improvement.. We also teach at the graduate level—Larry Chait has lectured
in MBA and post-graduate programs at seven
colleges, and is currently developing a course he will teach in the Executive Masters program at Brown University..
